How to request help

Start with our application and tell us about your mobility needs, your current equipment, and how support would affect daily life. We review requests carefully and contact applicants when we have an update. Approval depends on eligibility, available resources, and equipment suitability; submitting an application does not guarantee a particular chair or delivery date.

Who this may help

Our work is intended for people facing financial or access barriers to essential mobility equipment. Caregivers, clinicians, social workers, and community organizations may also share this resource with someone who needs support.

We believe people deserve dignity throughout the process. If we cannot meet a request, we aim to communicate honestly and point people toward other possible resources when we can.
